As the content manager, I worked with teams across the agency and multiple clients to build out strategies for clients' brands and messaging. I drafted and executed plans that included long-form content pieces and copywriting. Created individual brand style guides for each client that documented each brand's voice, tone, writing style, unique brand rules and a glossary of terms related to the client. As the content manager, I oversaw a team of content and social media coordinators. Together, my team and I executed website copy fulfillment, newsletters, blogs, itinerary creation, case studies, copy editing, marketing email journey writing, radio script writing, tourism travel guides, event planning and coordinating and more. On top of written content, I managed influencer marketing for clients including writing up contracts, itineraries and creating mutually beneficial partnerships between influencers and clients. As part of my tenure as the content manager, I oversaw Relic's podcast department as it was growing and building into its own department. This included experience with how podcast production works, knowledge of the various programs needed to make a functional audio department and skill with outlining and planning podcast shows and individual episodes. Once the department expanded enough it was separated into its own department where, as the content manager, I continued to collaborate and work with the team when needed on fulfilling client's needs with episode outlines, hosting and transcription services.

Working with multiple clients simultaneously, I directly interact with clients to create public relations and content strategy plans that fit within each brand's unique identity and needs.
