Delivered a comprehensive report to the Executive Director, Digital team and Marketing teams which provided creative outputs & recommendations to shape and inform the strategic direction of the Customer Service Centre Environment. 
❖  Delivered highly regarded, optimistic and inspiring blue sky recommendations from Australias leading creative teams who had worked across the banking and service sectors specialising in Customer Journey, Sensory Branding, User Experience (UXD), KioskDesign/Digital Interface, and Interior Design. 
❖  Reviewed and streamlined processes for CRM, Direct Marketing for Licensing and Registration Renewal letters (VicRoads largest mail items - sent to over 5 million customers annually). Outcomes included reducing the paper trail while presenting more transparent information to the community in a more informative useful manner.
