• Coordinates and supports the technical aspects of departmental information systems planning, development, and maintenance• Works closely with Spokane Municipal Courts to enhance operational effectiveness, providing training and facilitating ongoing progress• Troubleshoots, researches and resolves computer application and system performance, integrity, security, access• Coordinates complex system problems with outside vendors• Recommends and develops system access policies and procedures; develops and maintains system documentation and user instructions; creates and maintains system service records and resource contacts

- 3 month rotation in Site-Support Engineering where I provided mentorship for complex technical issues to ensure prompt identification of developing issues- Manage the performance of peers through performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback for development- Rigorously handles inbound calls that are routed strictly based off particular issues that Apple is actively investigating — Our product specific investigations are consistently changing as Apple’s products and softwares are rapidly advancing- Discreetly gathers a large amount of comprehensive data and in-depth, targeted logging from screened customers- For four months out of the fiscal year, I am responsible for analyzing all Apple product beta software feedback, meticulously tagging it from least to most critical and escalating to engineers- Tests beta software on a variety of Apple products to help find and report bugs before releasing final software updates- Outreach to customers who previously called in about issues, to gather additional details for analysis and research
