In addition to applying the skills I learned and developed at Middlesex Lounge, for Miracle of Science I also added:•Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and managing staff as well as writing official human resources procedures, manuals and regular supplemental memos•Consulting on menu items and cocktails with kitchen staff and bartenders.•Managing commercial service industry equipment with preventative maintenance service and repair people•Responsible for all weekly financial reports, banking, accounts payable and payroll for two locations and 60+ employees•Website and social media content management•keeping a steady and reliable experience but not following trends while trying to stay relevant and unique
