Nate is a seasoned litigator with experience representing a variety of clients in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. He aggressively protects his clients’ interests in the courtroom while negotiating strategic business solutions that provide optimal value to the client.Nate’s practice includes:• The representation of individuals and business entities in a variety of complex commercial matters, including breach of contract claims, business torts, and trade secret litigation. He has experience enforcing restrictive covenants in employment agreements and resolving shareholder disputes.• The representation of construction companies in contract and casualty matters, including the defense of wrongful death, personal injury, and construction defect claims.• The representation of multi-national and U.S. insurers in complex property & casualty and excess coverage claims.
