CurrentClients include: United Health Group, Walgreens, Elevance Health, Mass General, BIO, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Genentech• Lead, build, and develop a team of curious, creative, and dedicated professionals• Champion and evangelize the improvement and evolution of customer experiences by following the principles of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and iterative development• Build support, understanding, and adoption of practices to enable the collection of customer insights research data that enables teams to drive customer focused solutions• Work collaboratively with peers and cross functional leaders to identify, scope, estimate, and prioritize work to appropriately plan team resources in a way that allows for the best possible outcomes and success• Facilitate and lead strategy and discovery activities with cross functional teams comprised of Product, Engineering, Business, Executive leaders, and other subject matter experts to contribute to the planning of business roadmaps and differentiated experiences• Represent the customer and user experience discipline to internal and external clients
