During my internship with the Orientation office, I directly supervised four Orientation Leaders dedicated to the Family and Supporters program. In addition, I hosted the Family and Supporters session across 11 connection days with up to 300 guests.

As the Student Assistant for Student Governments, reporting directly to the Director of Student Activities, I attend Undergraduate and Graduate Student Association meetings, including general, committee, and board meetings to take notes and represent student activities. Additionally I provide administrative support to Director of Student Activities for student government concerns with platforms such as myinvolvement.

As a peer mentor I assist fellow students in the construction of their academic schedules by walking them through the process of creating their schedules. Together myself and the student would identify potential classes to take, and then understand the various requirements for each major and minor.

While working in the Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) I would produce a weekly Monday report on Instagram to highlight student organizations and student activities. In this role contributions in the district office ranged from the creation of a PowerPoint presentation to be used in classrooms to creating a new pamphlet highlighting the services that the legislative office provides . I worked with the Legislator on community and business outreach events. The internship also allowed me a glimpse into the legislative process by attending general and committee meetings.
