I am a Student Affairs professional with substantial experience serving in progressive Student Housing and Residence Life roles. I have consistently prioritized regular collaboration with other Higher Education professionals across my campuses and the improvement of programs and policies within my functional area. I am skilled and experienced in Project Management, Crisis and Conflict Management, Team Development, Leadership, Event Planning, and Assessment. I emphasize the importance of professional development of my department and others in my sector/division through planning and executing training sessions, hosting intentional quarterly review meetings, and leading discussions on industry best practices. I have a strong liberal arts educational background that has taught me how to critically and fairly evaluate ideas with a double Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theological and Biblical Studies and History from Lee University, and a double Masters with a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies (M.A.) and a Master of Science in Higher Ed Administration (M.S.) from Lee as well. I want to continue providing appropriate support and healthy challenges for college students and help get them connected with the various campus resources and caring professionals available to them so that they can be best equipped to achieve their potential.
