As a Service Center Manager at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, I lead a team of technicians to provide fast and reliable oil changes and other preventive maintenance services to our customers. I ensure that our service center meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while also managing the inventory, payroll, and budget of the center.I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University, which I expect to complete in December 2023.
