With several years in health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) roles, my journey has evolved from Marine Corps Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team (FAST), to an electrical apprentice in the IBEW to foreman in electrical construction, safety manager, safety advisor in electrical utilities and manufacturing, field training manager for CCR with a short leave of absence as an Occupational Safety & Health Compliance Officer at N.C. Department of Labor ultimately to return to my current position as the HSSE Program Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables. My expertise in electrical safety, special industries, regulatory compliance and my behavior-based safety and human & organizational performance approaches to safety management underscores the team's commitment to pioneering safe work environments.
