Clear Spring Health provides its members with a unique mobile digital health platform. My responsibilities included the redesign of the next generation of the platform, automation of setup of new devices, and fleet administration via the Mobile Device Management platform. Additionally, I Researched the application of Generative AI to healthcare, customer care, and insurance. Selected three highest-value use cases: customer clustering, behavior prediction, and identification of high-defection risk cohort and designed a POC leveraging Google AutoML technology.
