• assisting them with technical issues / training pertaining to our products, the rectification of• perceived poor quality or damaged products, answering questions from customers and• prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our products and communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.• Fitting of products / accessories onto vehicles• Assist dealers with missing fitment kits, incomplete kits and damaged bars.• Assist and provide advice to others in the group with fitment issues or any other problem that can.• lead to continuous improvements.• Assist R&D with fitment confirmations or technical feedback with all our customers at OEM,• Training of fitment staff at customers• Providing technical support to dealers and customers as required and solving of technical issues.• Technical product training on MAXE products• Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers in conjunction with the sales representatives.• Prepare and ensure all stock is ready for the next day’s Fitment Schedule• Ensure all equipment and tools are packed and in working order.• Report all shortages in kits or bars that do not conform to the quality standards to QC and or any fitment related problems to R&D and QC.• Adhere to the pre- and post-fitment preparations procedures.• Ensure there are enough common spares in case of shortages.• Ensure all the following Fitment paperwork is done:• Fitment Check Sheet• Customer Fitment Confirmation Sign-off per chassis number• Confirm with customer on fitment completion via e-mail or telephone.• Send signed Fitment Confirmation and Check Sheet to Sales Admin and copy the customer
