Associate PM managing the day-to-day needs of the Penn Station Expansion project. I assist the project director with managing the scope, schedule, and budget of this multi-year, multi-billion dollar project. Responsibilities include interfacing with consultants, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and managing project deadlines and deliverables.

This position had me involved with the Gateway Program (still working to manage the scope, schedule, and budget) on the Northeast Corridor (NEC) between New York and New Jersey, specifically on the Portal North Bridge project, where I used Excel to create adaptive budget estimates and forecasts for the life of the project, as well as general Gateway planning.

At the MTA, I worked in the Performance Analysis unit of New York City Transit (NYCT) to analyze train service (delays, incidents, on-time performance, etc.) and provide the Operations Planning team with the information needed to adjust train operations. My biggest project was a report detailing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on NYCT Subways and the improvement in on-time performance when fewer riders were in the system.
