Engineering is a culmination of imagination, practicality, and affordability. This is achieved through a process which is typically different from person to person. However with me, it has been the same since I was young. Take it apart, find how it works, and recently attempt to make it more effective. To summarize my career history, I enjoyed two years as a Field Engineer II for Liberty Oilfield Services. My main role was to oversee the customer received outstanding services by ensuring operations followed design and collaborating with all other departments to ensure smooth logistical operations and billing.After the COVID layoffs, I spent time with NexTier Completion Solutions as an Operation Engineer which allowed me to oversee 4 separate frac fleets to ensure accurate data collection from the operators in the field and train the operators who needed the most assistance. I was also fortunate enough to assist in producing KPI’s for the basin, oversee new technology roll-outs and trouble shoot where needed, and ultimately performed RCA’s to any deficits that occurred in the field.Currently, I work at DynaEnergetics U.S. as a Manufacturing Process Engineer to oversee manufacturing, testing, and developing oilfield wireline perforating “guns”. Day-to-day I observe the production processes and perform RCA’s and statistical analysis’ to determine the manufacturing processes that require the most attention by using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Downstream from this, I standardize the newly implemented processes to the production floor and in our SAP/ERP system.
