The ability to offer people an escape from their everyday lives, to offer them a chance to let loose and just enjoy life, will continue to motivate me.For more than a decade, I have studied the restaurant, bar and nightlife industry extensively throughout major cities across the USA. My career was mostly molded in the Miami, Florida area. I have served as a restaurant, bar and nightclub consultant for more than a dozen venues. Every venue that I have managed and consulted has exceeded their expectations in revenue greatly due to my strong promotional mind, cost control, and leadership capabilities.I have over 20 years of business management experience from combined restaurant, bar and nightclub management positions. In addition, I have over 5 years of nightclub ownership in which I was the operating partner. I am one of the founders of the Marigny Dance Club and Apostrophe Lounge concepts. I have successfully opened and managed high volume restaurants, bars and clubs and went on to open other operations including a furniture company, which is still in operation after 19 years. I have performed duties in all facets of the hospitality industry including, but not limited to: management, marketing, budgeting, vendors, ordering, receiving, scheduling, staffing levels, inventory control, cost analysis, QuickBooks, pos systems, etc.
