Support on-highway engineering team with engine installations and performance testing. Primary support for new engine platform field testing program, coordinating resources and technical data between domestic and international engineering teams.Key responsibilities•Produce and maintain production documents for the purpose of ensuring correct product delivery to OEMs.•Prepare clear, concise, and accurate procedures and technical engineering reports for internal and external stakeholders.•Assist the engineering test team with vehicle repowers, installation quality tests and technical reports.•Train and develop capability for new interns as a senior, part-time intern.•Develop new tooling capability and facility upgrades. Lead and own 3D printer centre.•Ensure engineering projects are submitted and maintained through change request database.•Assist production with technical queries pertaining to engineering documents.•Lead collaborative meetings between engineering teams and maintain minutes of discussion.•Maintain quality defect tracker with manufacturing team, ensuring that BOMs and work instructions were correct and issuing ECR/ECOs to rectify.
