Pinsent Masons is an international law firm with 26 offices around the world. In 2016 we partnered with the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator to provide free, market leading legal advice to thousands of entrepreneurs in twelve Hubs across the UK.I joined the firm specifically to oversee the project from the ground up. Over my three and a half years there, I built twelve Pinsent Masons teams across eight office locations that provided over 8,500 hours of free legal advice to start-ups across the UK. To deliver this, I worked with a range of senior stakeholders at Pinsent Masons and the Accelerator programme partners - RBS, Dell, Deloitte, Equifax, Hiscox, and FreeAgent.While admittedly challenging, this genuinely unique position gave me the opportunity to implement and drive an innovative project from its inception, build on my stakeholder management skills, and work directly with hundreds of entrepreneurs operating in virtually every industry.

In 2015, I moved to Berlin to join Bayer Healthcare's Global Strategic Business Unit as an intern. I worked on several projects during my time in Berlin, including advancing the existing multichannel marketing strategy for the Medical Care Department, and developing an implementation plan from scratch which redesigned how global departments utilised valuable business tools.This was an incredible experience, as it allowed me to develop my organisational analysis and strategy skills, gave me practical experience of strategic management in a global context, and gave me the chance to drive my own projects.

The role combined excellent front line customer service and demanding targets. Principally, this involved managing high quality customer service, queries, account openings, sales and complaints, as well as offering accounts and services that could genuinely benefit the customer. This required developing in depth knowledge of all products and services, while mitigating risk and ensuring strict adherence to FCA/PRA regulation.My top achievement in this position was being part of the first part-time team working in this capacity. Due to the success of our team, this pilot was rolled out across the UK.

CoStar is a NASDAQ traded commercial property information company. My role as a data administrator and researcher involved a combination of sales and project research. The research aspect focused on making use of the available information and analytics to assess future leads, which we would then follow up on the telephone. This required effective team work and confidence under pressure, which facilitated high quality outcomes for both the customers and the firm.My top achievement in this position was identifying and securing a highly lucrative contract for the firm. This was the result of my high quality research and strong communication skills.

This demanding position involved setting up my own business selling educational resources door to door in a preset sales area in the US. This encompassed direct sales, customer support, delivery, and aftercare - requiring 13 hour days, 6 days a week. Running this business helped me develop my goal setting, self motivation, and communication skills.
