As the Visual Merchandiser, I help support an active selling culture by ensuring that visual moments are set and maintained to the Visual Merchandising Guide direction and inspirational for my guests. I am an expert in visual standards, this includes specific mechandising techniques, fixture blocking, lighting and the implementation of all in store marketing elements such as mannequins, navagational signs and all coordinated store environment signs that support events, seasons, holidays and in store promotions. Even though my days are never the same I still make sure my core values are carried through.
