After working in the Paxus Sydney office for 11 years, I transferred to QLD to work with the Paxus Brisbane team in 2018. Customer Service Representative
Canberra Connect is a local ACT Government Department switch board / local government services call centre who provide services to local ministers and ACT residents. Anything from Pet / Car Registration through to Car Licensing, SES calls, Injured Widlife etc. This role was very diverse, giving me experience dealing with all levels of seniority from the public right through to senior government ministers. I greatly appreciate all of the experience and support I gained with Canberra Connect and still remain close with many of the people I was associated with there.
