Prime for key performance indicator (KPI) testing along with feature testing responsibilities over 2 releases.Primed system test activities to support introduction of various radio components for distributed NodeBs, including several versions of Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) and digital compact NodeBs. Feature testing for introduction of twin RRHs, daisy-chain RRH configurations and dual-band NodeB. Feature and performance testing for introduction of new telecom applications services. Responsibilities included similar previous product test responsibilities as well as new product demo and trial support, feature test prime responsibilities, radio performance indicator (RPI) testing. Contributed in this role for 8 releases.

Product Verification (DITL) Tester (W-CDMA Access Network)Day in the Life (DITL) testing included typical customer operations, stability, and intermediate capacity and performance assessment for RNC and NodeB in an end-to-end test environment. Responsibilities included test planning, execution, investigation and reporting of issues, lab ownership, and assisting to develop and use automated testing tools for stability and traffic assessment. Contributed in this role for 3 major releases, then established and primed a similar DITL test environment for 5 minor releases. Mentored a new team member to take over ownership of this role.

Product Verification Tester and Team Leader (ServiceBuilder IN)Developed and executed test plans for evolving platform functionality and regression testing, including protocol compliance testing for TCAP AIN01, Informix database application testing, and product performance measurements and analysis. Investigated and reported issues, assisting design with troubleshooting and reproducing / retesting of issues. Mentored new test members and presented informal training sessions to disseminate technical as well as procedural information. Team leader for 7 releases. Responsibilities included analyzing test requirements, providing test estimates and project plans, negotiating lab resources, assigning test responsibilities to test members, overseeing and reporting test execution progress. Scope of testing included product integration (platform and services) and end-to-end network integration with in-house and 3rd party products; also involved coordination of multi-group, multi-site activities.
