- Oversee the data migration of new clients into CatalogIt - Provide one-on-one technical support to users- Troubleshoot and develop solutions for technical issues faced by clients and team members- Contribute to the development of new product features and functional updates to existing product features - Contribute to the development and maintenance of CatalogIt’s WordPress plugin

- Migrated the museum’s more than 200,000 records to a new collections management system- On an ongoing basis, managed the museum's digitization program and collections management system- Developed custom tools using the collection management system’s API- Served as the Collections Department technical support liaison, as part of a cross-functional information technology team- Managed and performed periodic updates to the museum’s Drupal-based collections website
