Integration/Implementation Specialist The Integration Specialist (IS) is a member of the Integration Services team in ADP Implementation. This person is responsible for developing new connections between ADP’s HR/Benefit Solutions (HRB) clients and their third party vendors (e.g., payroll processors, insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, etc.). Connection implementation includes analysis, design, template setup and testing for interfaces with our partners. The Integration Specialist serves as the project lead and coordinates project tasks for the client and 3rd Party Vendor. The Integration Specialist is responsible for full cycle project management of multiple concurrent projects, and ensures the timely completion of each.

Engaging hundreds of student inquiries with high-level customer service focus in a goal driven environment.
