I strive for perfection in everything that I do and I am not hindered when things seem unobtainable. I work best in a team but do well on my own when working toward a clear goal. My core knowledge is in the Unity3D engine and C#, but I'm not afraid to venture outside of my comfort zone and pick up new skills. In past projects I have picked up unfamiliar languages quickly, such as Go, Python and Javascript. In my spare time I work on my personal Unity projects and self-study rendering techniques, custom shaders and 3D modelling.I passionately believe that in the right hands, games can be a beautiful way to tell a story or illustrate a message. My goal is to help bring audiences positively influential games through this medium.

A more specialized role at Navigator more focused on the deterministic combat sim and working to onboard and support designers when crafting new character kits for implementation.I also continued to perform general engineering tasks for the majority of my time and was on the team that built Avatar Generations from early pre-production through to post-launch. Expanding the combat system, adapting existing features to work with the new design and also taking ownership over brand new features such as the Narrative Scene System.The studio was unfortunately hit with massive layoffs in August 2023.

The bulk of my work was C# coding in Unity 3D; gameplay, GUI, social and commercial implementation. Outside of this, I also did a lot of public marketing. This included several radio interviews, giving a post-mortem talk at River City Labs and hosting a booth at PAX Australia.
