She serves on the Leadership Team of the One Humanity Institute, is a member of the Wisdom Collaboratory of the Tipping Point System. Additionally, she is a Senior Advisor to the Vihara Foundation, plus Advisor to Unity Earth and the Environmental Education Fund. She played a role as one of the architects of the natural and organic products industry. Our major endeavor was a partnership with the Schmidt Ocean Institute on the Lone Ranger Marine Pollution Atlantic Expedition which journeyed from the Canary Islands, and then progress over 3,000 nautical miles through the North Atlantic Gyre, the Sargasso Sea and end in Bermuda. A crew of internationally recognized diverse scientists set out to analyze the impact of debris on ocean cycling systems (carbon), marine organisms, andhuman beings.Effective educational materials and accurate media communication were intended to inform society by reducing the overwhelming nature of the challenges and inspire people to take a more active role in understanding and mitigating environmental issues in their own sphere of influence.

Her experience includes various executive positions for New Hope Network, the leading communications company, instrumental in driving the growth of the natural product market to $141 billion in 2016. As their first Director of International Development, she created the template for global expansion. Responsibilities included identifying trade opportunities and barriers, as well as building relationships with government groups, leaders of trade associations and distribution systems in numerous countries, resulting in millions of dollars of revenue for the company, as well as the industry at large. Simultaneously she was the Associate Group Publisher for four industry magazines. She played a co-creative development role in internationally-recognized Natural Products Expos, in PA, D.C., MD, CA and Amsterdam. In addition, initiated the greening of the company, its publications and trade shows.Ms. Hall has been very involved in political issues facing the industry, initiating the first industry-wide lobbying day in Washington, D.C. for the 20,000 plus attendees of the Natural Products Expo. As co-chair for the Colorado Coalition of Dietary Supplements, an education and lobbying group, she contributed to the passage of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement, Health and Education Act). She has been involved in issues regarding US organic standards, land and energy conservation, and is a diligent supporter of organic and regenerative agriculture. As Co-founder of the Hemp for Victory Campaign this educational non-profit was developed to support the re-introduction of industrial hemp as an agricultural crop in America, and contributed to the passing of the Hemp Farming Act of 2018.
