• Ensure that essential raw materials &packaging materials (Bottles, Labels, Cartons, Malt, Hops, Sugar, Rice /Maize flakes) are in stock at the unit and are handed over to Stores when required• Co-ordinate supplies of materials that are centrally ordered from the Division.• Purchase planning of Consumables (C&C, House Keeping/Stationery etc.)/Egg Spares (Mechanical & Electrical Items) based on the users requirement for the maintenance work.• Purchase planning of Capex item (below Rs.2.5 laces) based on the requirement of user dept.• Developing alternative suppliers• Timely preparation of purchase orders in SAP for all products and services and follow up for delivery• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers• Ensuring payments to suppliers as per agreed terms.• Follow up with Suppliers for timely delivery.• Managing inventory levels for ensuring ready availability to meet procurement targets.
