Time and Motion Study for a fabrication of expansion joint in the industry. This study using this type of studymethod in order to increase production and identify any improvement that could be made through identifying the process that involving manpower as the main reason and state the time standard in order to achieve the objectives of increasing the production and decreasing the cost. Suggestion for increasing productivity are brainstormed and implemented.
