Since starting my professional education at McCombs, I have been building a diverse skillset in coding, database management, predictive analytics, optimization, sensitivity analysis, and statistical modeling. I have dedicated much of my focus to Python, RStudio, and SQL and their various applications in the field of business. I specialize in predictive analytics through Python (Pandas, NumPy, SKLearn), SQL Developer via Oracle for database design/management, and RStudio for statistical modeling and time series forecasting.Alongside my experience in the classroom, I also have a very formidable business background. I got my start in entrepreneurship at thirteen years old where I founded and operated a lawn-care business in my neighborhood. The summer of 2019 saw record profits where I was servicing fifteen homes completely independently. In the summer of 2023, I worked as a groundskeeper for the Mira Vista Country Club’s Golf Course in Fort Worth, Texas. Here I found the value of company culture. Learning and working so tightly with the other groundskeepers was an experience I will never forget. Among all else, I have learned that a tight-knit culture between fellow employees is invaluable in my career search.I could not have been nearly as successful in business had I not learned how to communicate effectively. In fact, I greatly credit my communication ability to my many years in the performing arts. Since the seventh grade, I have been competing in theatrical competitions as well as oral interpretation tournaments. Although I am no longer performing, the skills I learned on how to orate, articulate, teach, perform, and communicate have shaped my professional endeavors and allow me the ability to be an effective communicator, and leader.
