I manage a team of people within the operational areas of the fulfilment centre. I ensure that stock is received, assembled and loaded in line with the agreed operating procedures. I act as the motivator to achieve all departmental KPI’s through productivity of myself and my team, ensuring we provide our stores and customers with the right product at the right time.Responsibilities:• Deliver a pro active preventative approach to all Health and Safety routines, role modelling behaviour, ensuring legal compliance and safe working practices at all times.• I ensure my crew members receive all communications and training giving them the correct skills and motivation to deliver the required performance standard• Carryout Investigation/ Disciplinary meetings into Conduct, Accident and Security issues.• Ensuring my crews pay and holidays are processes in a timely manner as well as making sure they have the correct uniform and PPE.• Deliver daily/ weekly team briefs as well as carryout annual reviews for my crew members.• Proactively deliver all operational KPI’s each shift by understanding the bigger picture, needs of all areas and working collaboratively with my Shift Managers and Warehouse managers.• Understanding of WSM (Manhattan, Denver and Workforce central)
