CurrentCo-founded a micro-studio with a game industry veteran who has experience in game design and QA. I led the creative side of development and was responsible for pitching to both the Xbox seed fund and publishers. I also worked as the main writer, level designer, puzzle designer, and character artist.Successfully pitched to Xbox UK for seed funding to build our first project prototype.+ Built a fully functional vertical slice and used it to secure a publishing deal for the project + Negotiated company restructure when my business partner’s circumstances forced his departure+ Pivoted the focus of the business following the restructure, moved to a work-for-hire model + Ensured that the publisher was fully reimbursed by completing 2 years of work-for-hire contracts
