Specialist Iii, Engineering Quality
Current- Lead the development and implementation of a Quality Management System for an organization with diverse energy assets, including wind, solar, hydro, thermal, and RNG. Incorporate key components such as document control, supplier management, and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness, product reliability, and overall asset quality.- Spearhead the creation of processes such as RCA, MOC, and CAR, including the standardization of templates and documentation.- Collaborate closely with OEMs, EPC, O&M contractors, and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of quality-related activities across the fleet, establishing and maintaining supplier quality expectations and accountability.- Conduct supplier quality management audits and assessments to verify compliance with industry standards, fostering strong supplier relationships and implementing corrective actions as needed to meet quality objectives.- Develop comprehensive inspection checklists for various types of inspections, including monthly, yearly, walkdown, end-of-warranty, and major component replacement inspections, tailored for wind turbine platforms and solar sites.- Collaborate with consultants to design and develop robust processes focused on enhancing operational activities, with a specific emphasis on improving asset performance and availability.
