• Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Individually responsible for handling IT and Non IT (BFSI) requirements for multiple projects of ODA and its associated investment banking domain clients
• Review the Job description, identifying the key skills and deciding on the recruitment strategy.
• Attend the Job description briefing calls with the hiring managers to understand the technical aspects of the requirement, project work, roles & responsibilities
• Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals (Naukri, Monster), networking sites like LinkedIn and internal referrals.
