• Managing end to end recruitment process for the leadership roles at DLT .• Forming recruitment strategies based on the skills , sourcing channels, industry , availability of talent pool & market conditions.• Conduct interviews for various level s & timely share the interview feedbacks with candidates• Ensure the fulfillment of TAT , compliances of hr policies & BGV process.• Ensure smooth on boardings of new employees & make them familiar with the organization & it’s culture.• Prepare monthly recruitment dashboard reports & submit it to the key stakeholders.

Responsibilities performed • Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle.• Individually responsible for handling IT and Non IT (BFSI) requirements for multiple projects of ODA and its associated investment banking domain clients• Review the Job description, identifying the key skills and deciding on the recruitment strategy.• Attend the Job description briefing calls with the hiring managers to understand the technical aspects of the requirement, project work, roles & responsibilities • Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals (Naukri, Monster), networking sites like LinkedIn and internal referrals.• Screening the profiles suitable for the requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.• Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews• Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both.• Providing support to the HR in documentation and on boarding process of the candidate.

 Responsible for recruitment cycle. Sourcing of CV’s as per client’s & our requirements. Coordinating interviews with the relevant managers. Conducting preliminary rounds of interviews.  Preparing and posting the vacancies, openings on websites. Advising job applicants of the success / failure of the application. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends. Performing searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria, using database, networking as well we employee referrals. Preparing MIS reports on the daily as well as weekly basis. Reference check. Salary negotiation.
