Notably selected as Team Leader from BALCO for the Zambia New Copper Smelter Project and appointed as Manager Projects• Successfully oversaw the erection and commissioning of a 60-ton, 60-bar capacity waste heat recovery boiler, ESP, and other Utilities Packages including Water Treatment & DM Plant, HFP & Diesel unloading & pumping system, Plant Compressors, 750 TPH Oxygen Plant and related systems

As a Package Owner, I spearheaded the establishment of a 540MW Power Project in collaboration with SEPCO, China. Under my supervision, the following tasks were executed:• Installation of 460-ton Boilers (Unit # 3 & 4), ESPs, Ash Handling and High Concentrated Slurry Disposal System (HCSD) for the 540 MW Power Projects• Implementing of the 5th Boiler (BHEL Make, 270-ton capacity) along with its Ash Handling & Disposal system at BALCO 270 MW CPP # 1

As a Project Engineer, I was responsible for:• Establishing the Ash Handling & Disposal System for Thermal Power Plants (EPC Projects)• Collaborating with NTPC (2 x 210MW, 2 x 500MW), MSEB (2 x 210MW) and GIPCL (2 x 125MW) Power projects• Successfully executed the first High Concentrated Slurry Disposal System for MSEB Kaperkheda, Maharashtra (2 x 210MW)
