I worked on a team responsible for creating a unified look and feel across all Glidewell-owned customer facing websites, including adding a seamless Single Sign On experience to all.Some of the projects I worked on, during this time, included:• Developing the customer-facing Single Sign-On application by augmenting AWS Cognito. The service-layer was built using Go, Lambdas (deployed using the Serverless framework) and API Gateway, and the frontend was built with Typescript and ReactJS.• Creating the company’s main website using React, Gatsby and Contentful• Integrating our Single Sign On experience with the company’s main website • Implementing a Business to Business API using AWS API Gateway, Lambdas in Nodejs and Microservices in C#

I was the Technical Lead of a team of six, responsible for adding more functionality to the Compete Dental application and get it to our user base. As a hands-on Technical Lead, my responsibilities apart from development included:• Coming up with new features and ideas to expand the app including branding and marketing• Presenting the application and ideas to executives and stakeholders in weekly steering council meetings• Working with Product Owners to gather requirements, build roadmaps and design service architecture• Onboarding and monitoring recently joined colleagues and getting them up to speed• Performing code reviews and working with the team to develop standards and guidelines for development and testing

Here is what I worked on during this time:• Pitching ideas to executives in weekly meetings• Designing, architecting and developing data aggregation, formatting and scoring pipeline • Designing, architecting and developing A serverless web application built fully in AWS ecosystem• Lambdas were coded in Nodejs and Python. The frontend was written in Angularjs.• Implemented functionalities such as authentication, user reactions, search and filter, notifications, topic subscriptions, customized newsfeed and newsletter• AWS services used: EC2, VPC, IAM, Cognito, ElasticSearch, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, SNS, SES, Step Functions, Amazon Machine Learning, CloudFront, S3, Route 53, CloudFormation• Used Google Analytics and Amplitude for Analytics and Datadog for server side logging
