•Conducting Process & System Audit at supplier’s end. •Quality check and inspection of child parts such as (Casting parts, forging parts, rubber parts, sheet metal parts etc.) as per control plan. • Conducting Layout Inspection of all development components. •Handling customer complaints related to supplier ensuring ontime CAPA & maintaining past trouble data base (PTDB). • Detail analysis of customer complaint using 7 QC tools and ensuring Permanent corrective action for occurrence and detection at supplier's end. •Preparing ISO/TS system documentation. •Responsible for implementation of ECN (Engineering Change Note) & SPCN (Supplier Process change note) at supplier's end.•Evaluating Supplier’s Performance, and monitoring Sub-Supplier PPM.•Responsible for parts DOL status allotment & withdrawal. •Proactively looking after Supplier up-gradation through Process and system audit, inculcating quality culture at sub-supplier.•Hands on Experience of measuring instruments like Trimos, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, S. R. gauge, Dial gauges, profile projector, Comparators & CMM. •Improving incoming product quality through implementation of SPC techniques, maintaining required documents & supply defect free product to customer. •Active member of Kaizen Team Deepstambh. •Well versed with the engineering change management, SPC & having essential knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA and MSA, SMED, OEE, 7 QC Tools. •Responsible for MSES (Mahindra Supplier Evaluation Standard) score achievement for SQA dept..
