I am a software developer with almost 7 years of experience in Software development profile. I am currently looking to transition my career to an HR profile, primarily because it would help me better understand the core of any organization - The human factor.I have completed an EDP - Employee Development program from XLRI(One of India's premier institutes for HR). This was a virtual program for 6 months conducted every Sunday. I have experience of 3 months in bulk hiring as an intern, where I hired for BPO/Telesales domains.As a developer, I have worked for product-based organizations namely Microsoft, Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Mitratech. I did start working in 2005, but unfortunately, I did lose my experience certificates with TCS, Verizon and NCR Corporation(now NCR Voyix), and could not get back those even after multiple emails to the organizations.Currently, I am open to working as a recruiter particularly, in the night shift, and growing steadily in the international recruitment domain. I am open for freelancing/contractual positions.
