Profile bio

About Neha Gupta

I have known two important facts from an early age: (1) people who care can make a significant difference in a student's life, and (2) I am a person who cares, a lot. These two facts led me to my first tutoring job at age 8 and have kept me in the world of education ever since. As I've grown older and interacted with diverse students, I've added two new facts to my list: (3) access to quality resources and academic opportunities also makes a difference, and (4) it is neither universal nor even. I care to change that.So far, I've been able to support hundreds of high school students with college and entrance exam preparation, and my passion has served me well. I have enhanced DEI in staffing and student care, increased student retention rates, and helped struggling students experience academic confidence and momentum for the first time ever. I now want to leverage the relationship management, business development, and program management skills I've honed in a space that exclusively provides for students from underserved communities.

Listed skills include Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Public Speaking, Customer Service, and 11 others.
