A global technology services provider that connects the demand and supply for mobility services for some of the world’s most recognized brands.• Part of a new leadership team appointed by Groupe Renault (acting as a PE investor) to lead the transformation of the business.• Responsible for strategic financial planning and execution, including Accounts, FP&A, Tax, Finance and Technical Operations, HR and Legal.• Carried out a full audit on the operating model, including tax and compliance, product strategy, go-to-market, roles and effectiveness by function, to identifying areas for improvement and mitigate risks.• Responsible for reorientation of the business to focus on product-market fit through the provision of differentiated value, all within a customer success construct.• Restructured the operating model of the business with a clear path back to monthly breakeven by combining a pragmatic approach to cost restructuring, with the need to drive net new opportunities.• Responsible for new control processes throughout the company including Commercial and Product Gateways as well as implementing a Risk Committee.• Conducted a commercial partner review to enable streamlining of our cost base and identifying those that were of strategic importance to drive the business forward.• Enabled operational synergies, via technology-based automation, that reduced headcount from a peak of 150 on joining to 85 today.• Strong focus on cash management to ensure targets are met as set by the Board.• Responsible for the creation and presentation of Board pack and investor materials for upward reporting and consultation with the company Board, Renault Group and other relevant third parties.

A digital cross-border payments platform operating, making global digital payments fairer, faster, and more flexible, with over 11 million users across 150 countries.• Managed the Group Financial Control and Financial Operations teams, covering 29 Global entities as the company continued to grow 50% year on year.• Key member working on IPO readiness.• Supported M&A and capital raise (Series E capital raise of $292m) activity and other group-wide finance projects as required.• Responsible for the regulatory reporting for the Group entities, including but not limited to the UK, Belgium and the US.• Optimised, accelerated, and automated finance processes aligned with the strategic imperatives of the group.• Facilitated a smooth migration of the financials into NetSuite and consolidation into the Group financials following a $500m acquisition. Also managed a smooth integration of the acquired team.
