Product reponsibilities now include MPS/ICP/UM2K/IR/VP/AAEP/POM/PC/PD Maintenance of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) computer systems and Call Center solutions in several capacities: Project Management, Pre/Post Sales Support, Account Management and Technical Support. Responsible for a Product Support team that services, North, Central and Latin America, as well as Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa for IVR and Call Center products. Assist the sales organization with customer presentations and system trial evaluations. Lead team that continuously receives a high level of customer satisfaction. Significantly improved department productivity by 80%; by recruiting and training technical personnel, implementing automated call-tracking system and analysis web based tools. Drive quality as TL9000 prime as well as Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Improve employee satisfaction as prime on Employee Activities team, the Global Nortel Employee Satisfaction committee as well as the Nortel Career Development team. Developed and maintain Business Contingency Plan as the IVR Service team’s BCP prime.
