Led the formation and early development of the company, which provides electrical advisory, design consultancy, project support, installation, contracting, operations and maintenance servicesMy principal duties include:• Strategy, planning and business development.• Ensuring the company operates profitably and in an ethical manner.• Statutory financial reporting, including accounts, taxation matters, and other statutory reporting to public bodies such as Companies House and HMRC.• Establishing QHSE, business, financial and HR management systems, including the writing of policies, procedures and handbooks.• Chairing Company Board Meetings.• All Company commercial matters.• Preparation and finalisation of tenders and estimates, including the negotiation of contract terms.• Project planning, engineering & management.• Identifying programme, commercial and technical risks and opportunities. • Working to tight deadlines, under pressure, prioritising demanding workloads whilst maintaining a calm disposition and without compromising attention to detail and quality of work.

Responsible for divisional structure development to enable growth in the Wind Energy market and diversification in to other Renewable Energy markets. Role and responsibilities expanded to include:• Management and Development of Renewable Energy Division.• Business Development.• Staff, Labour & Material Resource Management.• Liaison with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and other Project Stakeholders.• Project Planning, Engineering & Management.
