Employed initially to develop a brand aesthetic for trousers. Using my experience of Menswear Tailoring to develop a modern Womenswear take on the classic trouser. I was very fortunate to work as part of a very skilled team of designers, cutters and machinists. Using the best fabrics to achieve a modern luxury finish for this evolving brand.Producing four collections per year with two fashion shows in New York I also cut some very beautiful dresses during my time at VB. Often using a corset foundation and always working hard to develop new finishes, my skills in draping and tailoring complemented each other here.
