On top of that I’ve had the opportunity to lead a number of student officers through a diploma programme and facilitate their development into competent officers who literally save lives and do things not many people can say they have done....it really doesn’t get much more rewarding than that! Using a variety of training methodologies I was able to inspire and develop teams and individuals leading to greater productivity and increased revenues.From identifying training needs through to designing bespoke training plans I adopted many approaches to learning and development in the interest of creating an inclusive learning environment which catered for a mix of preferred operating styles. This was a dynamic environment which demanded tangible results and high levels of business acumen.Additional to design I was also responsible for running regular developmental workshops for experienced sales staff, and also initial sales courses for those with minimal sales experience who were new to the company. My approach to this involved regular dual calling and facilitating feedback.Much of the role demanded being in the classroom which is where I felt most at home.
