About Neil Miller

I am Director, independent consultant, coach, advisor and investor. I work as Director of the UK business for InContext Solutions - the global leader in 3D simulation software for retail. InContext Solutions allows retailers and CPG's to collaborate, consumer test and communicate space, range and merchandising changes in a 3D VR setting. Check us out at https://www.incontextsolutions.com/. I also work with two consultancies: Manifesto Growth and Youd Andrews. Manifesto Growth focuses on identifying, designing and implementing growth strategies for clients. I support delivery of client projects with a focus on process design, business architecture, data, analytics and customer value management. With Youd Andrews I am part of their CXO Network in their Business Simulator. This is typically a two day (virtual, or in-person when pandemics allow) immersive and experiential training programme giving consulting and software firm participants real world practice and coaching in selling at C Suite level. I am an advisor to the CEO and an investor in Vivida Lifestyle - a water sportswear and accessories lifestyle brand. It has evolved over the last five years from a kite-surfing and wake boarding community with an adventurous "viva la vida" philosophy and care for the footprint they make on the planet. The product range uses recycled plastics and has a wide choice of changing robes, ponchos, rash guards, bikinis, hoodies, yoga wear, helmets, caps, duffle bags and more. Here's to building a global brand and business! See more at www.vividalifestyle.com. Before starting my own consulting business in 2016, I spent three years as Managing Director - International for Revolution Analytics reporting to the CEO. In this role I set up and ran our businesses in EMEA and APAC selling the software solutions to enterprise customers. Revolution Analytics was sold to Microsoft in 2015 and I left after completing integration of my organisation into Microsoft's data platform team. My prior experience includes fourteen years consulting experience with Accenture. I was a Partner for ten years leading CRM and Analytics practices at UK, regional and global level. My consulting experience is complimented by thirteen years operational experience in consumer financial services with Lloyds Bank and GE Capital in the UK and US. Specialities: enterprise sales, analytics, big data, direct marketing / NBA, customer service, six sigma, culture change, change management, end-to-end process design, business architecture, transformation programme definition and leadership.

With 0.9 to 0.95 correlation to actual in-store behaviour, the virtual technology eliminates the expense and time of building physical merchandising sets for planning or conducting in-store trials.
