CurrentI am a CIPD qualified training practitioner with over 25 years experience working in the public, private and voluntary sectors.I am currently working for Escalla (formerly Training Synergy); a company that has helped to deliver many of the UK's largest and most successful business transformations and which helps over 80,000 people a year across the globe to develop their skills and competencies.We have significant experience of designing and delivering training programmes in both the private and public sector. In the public sector we have worked with some of the largest Social Landlords, the majority of Local Authorities and with every NHS Trust and MOD facility.We help organisations to deliver value, boost efficiency and to protect staff, customers and the organisation by doing things differently.
