Coach, leader, manager, project and product manager, educator and trainer.Passionate about developing and supporting colleagues I work with (currently undertaking ILM Level 5 Coaching and mentoring qualification, also a trained Mental Health First Aider). Committed to developing collaborative and creative approaches to strategic and operational leadership.Prior to working in my current field of data and infrastructure impact, I developed vast experience of creating learning and training resources for a wide range of ages and audiences. I have previously worked in learning development for a training company, developing new training, blended learning and elearning materials and signposting learners to online materials through a resource centre created using Wordpress. I am experienced at matching learning materials to different curricula (from age 3 to adult learning) as well as to requirements set by commissioners. I also have a great deal of experience of training, teaching, writing and website management.
