• Identified operational and client satisfaction issues and re-aligned the delivery teams accordingly. Closing a £3M network services contract extension. Over a period of 6 month all service levels were met.
• Severity 1 incidents reduced to under 1 per month, realising cost benefits of 10%+ YoY and improved service quality.
• Proposed a globally integrated service desk, IP&C team and Network Operations Centre to deliver 30% cost saving and improve IP&C performance globally. Now implemented.
• Led the development of a European Workplace WIFI transformation to improve coverage, bandwidth and security.
• Developed and deployed an Incident and Problem management reporting application using Agile.
