Provided consultation services to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office for the rollout of Project Online, providing support and training to users. Also providing general mentorship to newly appointed project managers.

Working on the Emergency Caller Location Information programme which is successful in providing life-saving carrier-grade emergency telecommunications services to Emergency Service Providers (Police, Fire & Emergency, Wellington Free Ambulance, and St John's Ambulance). The objectives of the role provided quality assurance to the programme, and definition of the business strategy and frameworks (quality, process, risk, project delivery, ethics, security, and privacy) providing corporate services for a new branded business unit. Multiple standards were used such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 22301 Security and Resiliance, and ISO 31000 Risk Management.

Provided services to BNZ's Risk Analytics to set up a programme of work to deliver credit model decisioning & banking capital management. Delivered a strategic upgrade to the National Small Business lending platform which automated lending decisions to New Zealand businesses saving 55% of Lending Managers engagement on lending risk analysis. Also managed the Comprehensive Credit Reporting project which reduced BNZ's risk against lending default potential, significantly increasing the quality of credit lending decisions by integrating client credit status information from across all New Zealand credit agencies.

Management of a portfolio of large clients with multiple projects, delivering IBM integration systems. Account management including commercial contracts and RFP bids. Project delivery including internal and client governance processes as well as assisting with the definition and compliance of internal governance processes.

Management of billing application and mobile technology projects, managing multiple budgets to a total of $8.75 million. Working with project governance, stakeholders, management of vendors & contractors, financial forecasting, SOX compliance, operation separation compliance, lawful intercept compliance, schedule forecasting, point of escalation, management of risks & issues and management of diverse project teams of up to 50 people.

Management of a portfolio of Assurance projects with a concurrent value of $3.4 million as a commercially focused, client facing project manager on behalf of Telecom NZ. Working to SDLC, CMMI and governance operating across Alcatel-Lucent & Telecom NZ for the delivery of platform, application and service based solutions facilitating the fault and performance management of Telecom NZ’s core network and systems. Responsible for the creation and execution of commercial agreements.

The primary purpose of the role entailed planning and managing the ICT programme to deliver the Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) for subsequent handover to the delivery team. The ISSP included short, medium and long term ICT strategies and covered policy and process which had to conform to the overall divestment undertakings as required by the government.

Main responsibilities were to manage the legal aspects of the company and ensure the compliance and reporting of company accounts and to provide information to the business for planning and management purposes. Also to provide all technical services to ensure the company remained autonomous with infrastructure, communications, artistry, web design and photography.

End to end ICT Management for a government funded company providing education and training services to the following industries: Automotive, Engineering, Healthcare, Construction, Mechanical Handling, Environmental, Dental, Health & Safety, ICT, Business, Management Information, Manufacturing & Foundation Learning.

The role involved the installation, lifecycle management and support of the ICT infrastructure. Key aspects of the role were to ensure continued and relevant service for the finance department. This included financial functions, ensuring data integrity, providing product costing services and accurate stock control. Clients included Volkswagen, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Ministry of Defence, Anne Summers, Lowe Alpine and Karrimor (to name a few).
