I am an experienced business lawyer, having been in-house counsel for twenty years – on a consultancy basis for the last fourteen years. Before that, I spent four years with a highly-respected private practice law firm in London.I have served as General Counsel on management teams and have advised on legal risk management, transactions, strategic partnerships and governance. I have been sole in-house counsel and have worked with large and globally-distributed virtual teams. I have managed colleagues and external resources remotely; and have helped to integrate managed legal services into in-house teams. I hold both United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (EU) passports and therefore continue to be an EU citizen post 'Brexit'.
