Next year, my team was awarded Microsoft’s Global Partner of the Year for “Information Worker Solutions, Portals and Collaboration.”Director of Delivery Management - Prior to running the SharePoint team, I was the Director of Delivery Management where I oversaw Project Management discipline for half the company. In this role, I established a PMO, new estimation templates, project success metrics, and rolled out company-wide Agile/Scrum/XP practices which I created and personally taught.
