I am the Managing Director of the Learning Development & Learning Technology consultancy NE Learning, and I have partnered a wide range of companies and organisations to develop their internal training provision, from needs analysis to ROI. Having developed and delivered face-to-face, online and blended learning programmes for clients, I am skilled at developing strong working relationships and collaborating with SMEs and wider stakeholders to assess needs and deliver training that has an impact and delivers results and ROI. I have successfully implemented learning platforms, developed online and blended training courses, and trained L&D teams to build that capability internally for companies like British American Tabacco, Vibe Teaching and ACTIAM investment bank. I have extensive experience in learning development and elearning in the education sector. From developing new recruitment and induction processes to rolling out extensive training programmes and measuring impact/ROI; I consistently planned a high-quality curriculum under tight financial constraints to deliver a c£9m annual training contract, and I have been recently been working with the Department of Education and industry to consult on the future of skills training in the UK. More recently I have focused on mobile learning skills training solutions by developing strategic partnerships and securing £200K Government funding through a successful bid writing process. I have ensured that the app has been developed by the sector for the sector, and is now being used nationally to deliver just-in-time skills training, record progress and celebrate achievements. Through my work with several national training organisations (BLC, LANDEX, Land-Based Learning Ltd, AOC) I have worked as a consultant on various training projects to ensure needs were met and the provision provided value for money.
