The Adoption Department is a distributed team working in the Web3 ecosystem to drive the adoption of iExec's protocol and products through developer relations, developer grants, community building, event organization, marketing, and communication. ► Developer Relations: Support developers through developer marketing, developer advocacy, developer enablement, and developer community building.► Developer Grants: Manage 1M USD in funding for individual developers or companies integrating our protocol or developer tools.► Community Management: Building and engaging diverse and active communities across multiple channels, including builders, token holders, product's end users, and institutional partners such as Intel and the Confidential Computing Consortium. Developed and implemented ambassador and community rewards programs.► Event Organization: Organizing virtual and in-person events for developers, including online and offline hackathons, meetups, and workshops. Coordinating guest lectures for developer bootcamps and sponsoring events ans side events worldwide within the main conferences in blockchain, crypto, Web3, and Ethereum ecosystems.► Web2 and Web3 marketing: Designing and executing Web2 and Web3 marketing strategies. For Web2, utilizing content marketing, SEO, and paid ads. For Web3, implementing Crypto Earn and Learn campaigns that engaged 1.7 million participants, targeting Web3 audiences with Coinbase and Web2 audiences with Revolut. Developed and managed quests, influencer campaigns, NFT airdrops, and token rewards programs to enhance user engagement and loyalty.► Communication strategy: Strategic planning, corporate communication, internal communication, reputation management, public relations, media training, crisis communication, thought leadership, visual identity, brand strategy, brand messaging, rebranding campaigns.

As part of ENISA's mission to enhance cybersecurity across the EU, I contribute to campaigns focused on increasing cybersecurity awareness among SMEs. My role involves developing and maintaining best practices, tools, and guidelines to help SMEs improve their cybersecurity posture.I represent iExec and CEFCYS - Cercle des Femmes de la CyberSécurité. I presented a proposal for a gamified cybersecurity awareness campaign using NFTs to make learning about cybersecurity engaging for SMEs.Excited to leverage my expertise in technology adoption to contribute to this impactful initiative. 🎮👾

TAAL Project, the pioneering foundation in France, helped educating the general public about blockchain technology, promoting technological education and gender equity in the tech sector during its four-year duration. Through a non-profit organization, individuals were provided with the necessary tools and guidance to explore blockchain technologies. The project actively fostered innovation and inclusion by organizing and participating in events and initiatives across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. Noteworthy partners of the project included the EU Blockchain Observatory, Google, and B612, the accelerator of the bank Caisse d'Epargne.
